Ayurvedic Medicine is considered the Sister Science to Yoga. While Yoga focuses on training the Mind-Body Connection to sit in long periods of Meditation, Ayurveda focuses on the physiological Health of the Body, Mind, and Spirit. Recognizing that illness and disease occur as we live lives farther away from the laws of Nature, such as eating processed foods , over eating, and not getting enough sleep! I am excited to be a part of the Collective Consciousness doing the work to move myself and others towards a healthier body , mind, and spirit! It has helped me so much!
In 2011, Rebekah was approached by a producer to initiate a Podcast. The vision was to stimulate conversation around Integrative and Functional Medicine. Dr. Terry Grossman was our first guest on "Moving through Surviving to Thriving" Enjoy.
Our first guest speaker is Dr. Terry Grossman, M.D.
