Changing your relationship to Pain, the journey , is the process of becoming aware of the tools you innately posses to change your body from the cellular level , outward.
13 week Protocol
We work together for 13 weeks, 1 session per week. You will receive homework, tools, and be inspired to dig deep.
You will accomplish the goals you set, relieving your own pain, increasing your tissue mobility, extensibility, tissue health, and learn to oxygenate your self from the inside out.
You will learn to shift your own hormones, your own neurochemistry and EMPOWER yourself through choice.
You will learn the most powerful tool of all- self love.
It is the most powerful Neurochemical within our bodies. This emotion is associated with a neurochemical which is the language of the body. Your thoughts are the language of your mind. So I will coach you, train you- to become unified between your mind and body at some point, you will recognize that you have the power - to choose. Choosing to take ACTION , to relieve your PAIN and Suffering- is the first step of self love.
And that love is the most powerful tool- you possess.
